Wachesaw Plantation East Named The 2007 Myrtle Beach Golf Course of the Year

The Myrtle Beach Area Golf Course Owner’s
Association has named Wachesaw Plantation East Golf Club as the 2007 Myrtle
Beach Golf Course of the Year. Wachesaw East, known for hosting four
Nationally Televised Professional Tour Events, is located on the site of a
former rice plantation and provides a peaceful setting for championship
golf. As a member of the Waccamaw Golf Trail, Wachesaw East is one of
twelve courses who have come together to promote the Waccamaw Neck, local
businesses,

and the regions beautiful and challenging courses. Wachesaw East was
awarded the title for exceptional customer service, course conditions,
community contributions, and exceptional management. As the 2007 Myrtle
Beach Golf Course of the Year, Wachesaw Plantation East continually strives
to surpass the golfer’s experience by improving course conditions,
aesthetics, and service.
