Upon touching down on the other side, the first thing you will notice is there are no houses…just you and the golf course. Amid tranquil woodlands and lakes you'll find 27 meticulously maintained holes designed by the Dean of Golf Architecture himself: Robert Trent Jones. With a rolling terrain and strategically placed bunkers you won't want to miss the opportunity to play one of the only two Jones courses found at the beach. The Oaks, Lakes and Ravine courses each have their own challenges and personalities indicative of their names.

Overrated course. The novelty of the suspended tram ride across the Intracoastal Waterway quickly wears off when you realize that the course is nowhere near the same quality as others in the same price range. Staff is friendly enough, but it doesn't make up for the quality of the course. Holes are too close together and you are constantly eluding balls/golfers from other fairways. ... Read More

Playing 18 holes, two days in a row, in December, in the 60's, on a delightful series of 9 hole courses, was pure heaven for these former NY'ers. The gondola ride over the waterway was a kick, a real one-upper golf story. The holes were straightforward (literally) and hazards were strategically placed. We hit quite straight but with average distance so the holes were fun to play. All of the staff were terrific, especially the young man in the pro shop who patiently let the duffers dictate watching Sunday football on the pro shop TV instead of Tiger's first "W" in two years.
