Course designer Dan Maples brought a whole different experience to Myrtle Beach by bringing a feel of Mountain Golf with drastic undulations throughout the course. Recognized by Golf Digest as “4 stars,” it’s one of the three courses of the Mystical Golf Group that also includes The Witch and Man O’ War that is said to be a “must-play” for all golfers.
The Wizard Golf Club has recently earned an overall rating of 8.5 from reviewers at the Myrtle Beach Golf Insider, garnering praise for a pleasant management staff, beautiful design, and great experience.

So none of the tees were cut in at least a week. It was like putting your tee into the rough.

A nice start day for our group. Not a very difficult golf course at all, so it was a good one to start the week with. The course was in fine shape and we have no complaints about anything from The Wizard at all. The free lunch is always a nice perk.
