Myrtle Beach Green Fee Giveaway Sweepstakes Rules

1.) Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or claim prize. The Myrtle Beach National / Myrtle Beach Prime Times Greens Fee Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 21 years of age, except employees of Myrtle Beach National Company ("Sponsor"), and their affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law or regulations.

2.) How to enter: To enter, (i) Visit Myrtle Beach National Golf Company’s website at www.mbn.com and complete and submit the Contest registration form. (ii) Only one (1) entry per person/email address per registration location; entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual at single location will be disqualified. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a physical or e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

3.) Prizes: Multiple winners will be selected and each will receive a complimentary greens fee at one of ten Myrtle Beach National Company owned or managed courses, which include King’s North, SouthCreek, West Course, Waterway Hills, Long Bay Club, Aberdeen Country Club, Litchfield Country Club, River Club, Litchfield Country Club and Blackmoor. Cart fee is not included and is the responsibility of the winner at the time of redemption.

4.) Selection of winner: Winners will be determined by Myrtle Beach National Company (from among eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period), whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relations to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by e-mail and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. Winner will be provided a voucher for a complimentary green fee which must be redeemed within 6 months of receipt. After that date, the prize will be forfeited and deemed null and void.

5.) Release of Liability: By participating, you release Sponsor, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, the entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, incidental or consequential damages of any and all rights to have damages or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

6.) Additional Rules: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a scrip, macro or use of automated devices are void. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible if planned golf rounds are rained out, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, in whole or in part. In that event, no compensation will be paid in lieu of the prize package. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding inn all matters relations to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion that malfunction, error, disruption or damage, is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entry constitutes consent to the use of prize winners’ name, voice, picture, video, photograph submitted as party of entry Sweepstakes, and/or likeness without compensation for promotion purposes.

7.) Winners Name: For the names of the winners (available by June 15, 2011) send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (postage not required for Vermont residents) by June 1, 2011 to Myrtle Beach National Company, PO Box 1936, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578.
