The Direct Approach Golf School at Willbrook Plantation
The Direct Approach Golf School at Willbrook Plantation offers 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, & 5-day programs. Group instruction and private lessons are available year-round. Packages include any combination of instruction, golf, use of the practice facility, lodging and breakfast. The Direct Approach Golf School is the only golf school in the Southeast offering a year-round unique Women's Only Program. This program is taught by women PGA/LPGA professionals with a 4:1 student/instructor ratio. All other programs (offered to males and females) are taught by PGA/LPGA Professionals and guarantee a 3:1 student/instructor ratio. The relaxed atmosphere of the school welcomes golfers of any level, including those just beginning to learn the game. And with the personal attention of a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio you can make your experience as intense or laid-back as you wish.
The Champions Golf Academy provides instruction and training in all aspects of golf to touring professionals, post-graduate (gap year) students and amateurs of all ages. The Adult Program at the Champions Golf Academy will include 1, 2, and 3-day golf schools. All aspects of the game (long, short, mental, technical) will be covered in the programs offered. Players will also receive on-course instruction and assistance with course management. This instruction is spearheaded and provided by PGA Tour play Hugh Royer, III, and his handpicked instruction team, utilizing the most advanced training tools available, at an exceptional world-class facility. Teaching has always come naturally to Hugh Royer, the four-time Nationwide Tour winner always had the eye of an instructor. His three years on the PGA TOUR gave Hugh a perspective on golf's greatest players that few are lucky enough to see. His instructional style combines his experience as a player and his insights as a student of the competitive game. Additionally private hourly lessons and playing lessons are also available.
