Known for its world class golf academy and one of the top 3 practice facilities in Myrtle Beach, Possum Trot is perfect for a good warm up to any golf vacation giveaway with wide fairways and complete golf training center for any skill level. Recognized by Golf Digest as “Best Practice Facility in Myrtle Beach” in 2005, and “Best Of The Beach”-“Best Course For The Money” (2007 Finalist), this facility delivers top quality golf.

The signature hole No. 18, a 498-yard, par 5, is known as “Oh No” for the challenging two to three shots it’s going to take to reach this green in regulation. Long hitters have to work against the prevailing ocean breeze, an uphill fairway and a water hazard surrounding the green to make it difficult for golfers to reach in two. This par 5 closes within view of the clubhouse and the magnificent fountain pond.

Also a very nice course - similar greens like in Cleveland and they would hold more shots then the other greens we played. Lots of green grass which was nice. Nice staff - I would return.
