<p><strong>What is your favorite hole at Long Bay and why</strong></p>

<p>My favorite hole at Long Bay is our signature hole, the par-4 10th.&nbsp;I think 10 <em>(pictured right)</em> is a very unique driving hole with the wrap around waste bunker surrounding the fairway, leading to a tough uphill approach.&nbsp; I make more birdies on 10 than any other hole on the course! (The real reason it’s my favorite)</p>

<p><strong>What is one thing about&nbsp;Long Bay that will surprise people?</strong></p>

<p>One thing I always hear first time players talk about after their round is how small the greens are.&nbsp; Nicklaus is known for his small greens and undulated lies, but we take it to another level!&nbsp; Good ball strikers love it because you can really show off that part of your game here.</p>

<p>I love the layout of <u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/myrtlewood-golf-club-palmetto">Myrtlewood Palmetto</a></u>.&nbsp; It’s a player-friendly golf course with a beautiful setting and a thrilling finish along the Intracoastal Waterway.&nbsp; The course is always in great shape, and I always enjoy myself out there.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>What is the biggest misconception people have about the golf industry?</strong></p>

<p>I think the biggest misconception about the golf industry is that it’s all golf, all the time.&nbsp; This job is about much so more than that.&nbsp; It’s about building relationships with people from all walks of life.&nbsp; It’s about doing my part to give back to the community through something I love.&nbsp; Most importantly, it’s about providing people a place to have a great time!</p>

<p><strong>What is your best round ever and where was it?</strong></p>

<p>My best round ever was at <u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/pawleys-plantation">Pawleys Plantation</a></u>.&nbsp; I shot 68 in that round with a hole in one and 8 birdies! That was the second hole in one in my career.</p>

<p><strong>Quick advice on how someone can improve their golf game</strong></p>

<p>Add an extra 15 minutes of chipping and putting to your practice routine.&nbsp; You can’t score without the ball going in the hole.&nbsp; On and around the greens are where most golfer’s shots are going to come from.&nbsp; Practicing the shots you hit the most on the course will always lead to better scores.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Carolina Ale House is my favorite spot to grab a bite and a beer and watch sports.&nbsp; They have really good food and a ton of TV’s. The game you want to watch is always going to be on, and it’s a great place to hang out with friends!</p>

<p>PGA Tour Caddy.&nbsp; I grew up caddying in Michigan in the summertime and it was one of my favorite things to do.&nbsp; I was lucky enough to caddy in two Senior PGA Championships, once for Steve Elkington, and once for Michael Allen.&nbsp; I love the pressure of caddying in tournaments and helping players get around the golf course.&nbsp;</p>
