<img decoding="async" alt="" src="/media/images/Meredith_PAPL_No._1_Swing_REV.jpg" style="width: 400px;height: 477px;margin: 6px;float: right" />Meredith Kirk, LPGA Professional and longtime Myrtle Beach golf ambassador, has added a new credential to her growing portfolio.
Effective Jan. 1, 2016, Meredith will serve as a lead instructor for the Dustin Johnson Golf School at TPC Myrtle Beach.
“I am honored to join the Dustin Johnson Golf School and continue my passion for teaching the game of golf,” Meredith said upon her appointment. “The Dustin Johnson Golf School has become one of the most recognized golf schools in the country, and I couldn’t be more proud to join their team.”
Meredith brings with her a 17-year body of instructional work that includes experience with top PGA and LPGA instructors. She holds a bachelor of arts in public relations from Coastal Carolina University and a bachelor of arts in biblical counseling from Trinity Bible College.
Golf Digest has recognized Meredith as being among America’s “Best Golf Teachers Under 40,” and ranks her third the state as one of South Carolina’s Best Teachers.

She brings excitement, passion and a love for the game of golf, and will help us to our goal of becoming the top destination for game development in the southeast.”
Beyond her instructional expertise, Meredith has worked tirelessly to grow the game of golf through the Junior Golf Exchange, a charitable initiative she created to provide children under the age of 14 with fitted golf clubs at no cost to them or their families. This endeavor earned Meredith the 2015 Innovator of the Year honor from Golf Magazine.
Junior Golf Exchange also served as Meredith’s charitable platform as she competed for &#8211; and won &#8211; the 2014 Mrs. South Carolina America crown. In addition, Golf.com presented her last year as one of the “Most Beautiful Women in Golf 2014-2015.”
