This is the easiest way to gain more consistency in your golf swing without having to change your golf swing. And that is adding a pre-shot routine every time you hit a shot out on the course.</p>

<p>So what does a pre-shot routine look like? Well, I&#39;m going to walk you through a template of one that you can use. The first thing that you want to do is you want to engage with your target. You&#39;re going to step behind the ball, you&#39;re going to make sure you find that target line, get an idea of where you want the ball to land. Secondly, when you step up to the ball, you want to make sure that you aim your club face to that intended target line. Thirdly, align the body. This is where you align your feet, your knees, your hips, your shoulders, and you want to get into that nice athletic position. The knees are going to be slightly flexed, backside is out. We want the ability to rotate. And lastly, placing your hands on the handle. It&#39;s one of the last things that I do. I make sure that I have nice positioning of my grip, and I also make sure that I&#39;m not squeezing that handle. You don&#39;t want grip pressure that&#39;s too strong. So when you walk through this, it&#39;s really going to help you get more co consistency with your swing.</p>

<p>So here we go. I&#39;m stepping behind, I&#39;m engaging in my target. Secondly, I&#39;m aiming. Now I&#39;m moving into alignment, getting in an athletic position. Now I&#39;m going to place my hands on the grip. And my only thought now is just to swing nice and easy. I hold my finish until the ball drops, then I can step out of it. Now there you go. That is the easiest way to gain more consistency with your game.</p>
