<p>Play the correct tee box; the yardage seems short, but the course can play long. Most people play No. 1 tee box too far back.</p>

<p><u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/wild-wing-plantation-avocet">Wild Wing Avocet</a></u> is my favorite course on the Grand Strand. It’s the perfect mix of long and short par 3s, 4s, 5s, and it has a ton of risk reward shots. It’s a great players course.</p>

<p><strong>What is the biggest misconception people have about the golf industry?</strong></p>

<p>That golf professionals play a lot of golf. Our job is to make sure the business runs properly so everyone else can enjoy their experience.</p>

<p>I have been lucky to have a lot of really good rounds under par and a few below 65 but my best round would have to be shooting -1 71 in a Pro-Am without a putter at <u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/arrowhead-country-club">Arrowhead</a></u>. I was battling the worst case of yips and decided to show up without a putter. It worked because I had no chance to break 80 with a putter in my hands.</p>
